Availability
- We have stock available for shipment and normally ship within 2 working days.
- If you’re in a hurry, contact us to check when our next shipment is.
Shipping
- We ship worldwide for a standard fee of £5.00 per order.
- Shipping is by First Class Mail in the UK and Airmail to all other countries.
Pricing
- As a UK company, our pricing is in pounds sterling (GBP).
- The online store will show approximate pricing in Euros or U.S. dollars if you select a country that uses these currencies.
- The exact price you are charged on your credit card will depend on the exchange rate applied by your card provider.
Payment
- We use HSBC for credit/debit card processing. You will be forwarded to their web-site for credit card authorisation once you have selected and confirmed the content of your order
- Visa and Mastercard are accepted (but not prepaid cards)
- We do not accept American Express at this time.
- Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order.
Tax/Duty
- As a UK company, we must charge VAT at 17.5% to all individuals within the EU.
- For company orders, please contact us, providing your VAT registration number.
- For delivery outside the EU we do not charge VAT but your customs authority may charge import duty. (The U.S. does not appear to charge for these items).
Other ways to order
- If you would rather order by phone, you can do so on 877-REM-BIRD (North America only) or 01273 401941 (UK, dial +44 1273 401941 from outside the UK). We do not process many payments by phone so our apologies if we have to call you back as these telephone lines are not manned 24 x 7.
