3.5mm socket to 2.5mm plug Adaptor Lead (ADAPT1)

This simple adaptor plug allows you to use headphones or speakers with the larger (and more common) 3.5mm Jack plug, as an alternative to the internal speaker or (optional) RememBird earpiece. This adaptor connects the mono output of RememBird to both sides of a stereo headset.

PLEASE NOTE: The nearest equivalent product that is readily available is a “Hama” lead,
part number 00043377. This is widely available on the web but does not provide the mono to stereo connection. Hence audio will only be played to one side of a stereo pair of speakers/headset.

Dual 3.5mm socket to 2.5mm plug Adaptor Lead (ADAPT2)

This adaptor lead has two 3.5mm sockets. One of these is the same as provided by ADAPT1 and lets you plug in external speakers or headset. The other socket is for an external microphone or stereo line-out. Use this to connect a directional microphone and/or mono or stereo outputs from BatBox or other listening devices that provide a “line out” signal.
