To create your own Audio Field-guides for RememBird, you will need to download the Lame MP3 Encoder.

Windows Users

1. Download the Lame 3.97 release from http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-bundle.php
2. When you have finished downloading LAME, unzip it and save the file lame.exe anywhere on your computer.
3. The first time you use the Build Custom Audio Field-guide wizard, use the arrow button on the General Settings panel to locate the file you have saved in step 3 above.

Mac Users

1. Download the Lame 3.97 release for MacOS X from
   http://www.rarewares.org/mp3-lame-bundle.php
2. When you have finished downloading, use Stuffit Expander to extract the files. (This may happen automatically.) Save the file called lame.exe anywhere on your computer.
3. The first time you use the Build Custom Audio Field-guide button, use the arrow button on the General Settings panel to locate the file you have saved in step 3 above.
