90 Days free Software Support
The associated PC/Mac software is supplied with 90 days free support. If you have problems with it, email a description of the problem to the support address shown n the Contact Us page and wait to be contacted by our helpdesk - which we aim to do within 48 hours.
12 Months Hardware Warranty
Your RememBird recorder is supplied under a 12 months, return-to-base hardware warranty. This means that if the hardware fails within 12 months of your purchase, you simply email us with a description of the problem at the support address shown on the Contact Us page. Note the returns number that we will send you and post the unit back to us at the address shown on the Contact Us page.
