Nothing happens when I click the Online Store link!
For added security, the online store opens in a separate, "pop-up" window. Your browser may be blocking pop-ups from our site. Use your browser's toolbar or menu controls to allow the pop-up to appear.
Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?
To reduce credit card fraud, our online payment provider insists that we ship to the billing address on the card. If this is problematic, contact us for help with other payment methods.
What's the price in dollars/euros...?
As a UK company, we charge in punds sterling. Your credit card company will convert this to your local currency at the time you order. The online store shows rough conversions if you select a country other than the UK.
This is a European Union (EU) sales tax of 20% charged on shipments inside the EU.
If we ship outside the EU we will not charge VAT.
How secure is your shop?
Your credit card details are entered directly into HSBC's online processing system. We do not have access to them.
Do you take Amex?
Sorry, no. Our online payment processing is done via HSBC and they do not handle Amex at present.
When is my card charged?
We won't actually charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.
Can you ship to...?
We ship to any country - but we haven't entered all of the hundreds of country codes onto our online store yet. If yours isn't listed, just let us know and we can usually add it within a day or two.
How is RememBird shipped?
To keep costs down, we use First class post in the UK and Airmail for the rest of the world.
Can I track my delivery?
Sorry, no. The postage would be much more expensive if we used trackable delivery. If you are worried about international shipping, check out your nearest reseller.
What if he/she doesn't like it?
Full terms and conditions are here but, in a nutshell, we offer a 14-day no-quibble money back guarantee if you don't want to keep it for any reason.
What if it breaks?
Thereafter, you have a 12 month warranty on the hardware.
What about the software?
Software support is free via our forums and email. If you have problems in the first 90 days you can also telephone us.
Are the prices the same via resellers?
Not necessarily. Resellers are free to set their own prices - and as exchange rates vary, these may be higher or lower than on our online store.
Can I buy everything via a reseller?
Many resellers just stock the RememBird itself (with their local region's audio field-guide pre-loaded) and the microphone/speaker adapter lead. Some items, such as additional audio field-guides and upgrades are only available via the online store.
You can order online for shipment anywhere in the world.
